Celebrating Stories and Music

This week Thursday, April 19th, the Library is hosting our 6th annual “Celebrating Stories and Music.” The evening kicks off at 7:00 p.m.  We are pleased to have Stories presented by Brenda McKenzie, an artist and author from Pinawa. Her illustrations are seen in Peggy Halstead’s book “Teddy ‘n’ Me.”  Her novel “Loving You” follows a couple who become caregivers to the family matriarch who has developed dementia. Music will be presented by Hannah Leigh Strachan and her students from Vivo Harmonics Music. There will be a short intermission mid-way to enjoy refresh­ments and get to know our talented guests. Free admission! We hope to see you all here!
