Library Corner for the week of May 25, 2020

The Lac du Bonnet Regional Library is offering curbside service. Additional details about this service are available on our website, posted on the Library window and on Facebook.

We are taking appointments for computer access. There is a computer available for business necessities (job resumes, job searches, government forms, personal emails. (no social media). Patrons will be required to hand sanitize at entrance, and must remain within area taped off in Library. Faxing and photocopying services will also be available by appointment only.

Baptism of Fire and The Tower of Swallows by Andrzej Sapkowski are the next in the Witcher series. Journey of the Pharaohs by Clive Cussler is number 17 in the Numa Files series. The Last High by Daniel Kalla is a frontline drama about the opioid crisis. Unveiling the Past by Kim Vogel Sawyer is an inspirational about a young marriage.

New Non-Fiction

The Bloated Belly Whisperer by Tamara Duker Frueman helps with information about how to tame digestive distress once and for all. Yes to Life by Viktor E. Frankl includes lectures made into a book that may change your perspective.

New Junior Non-Fiction

Just Joking Dogs by National Geographic Kids has hundreds of hilarious jokes and dog photos inside.

New Kid Lit

The Boy Whose Face Froze Like That by Lynn Plourde is about the first kid in history whose face froze in place! Friends Stick Together by Hannah E. Harrison tells what happens when two opposites get stuck together.
