New LARGE Print books!

The library has recently received our large print rotation. We currently have 100+ new titles added to our shelves. There are many different genres to choose from, we have something for everyone!

New Fiction!

Chasing Painted Horses, by Drew Hayden Taylor.

When Ralph Thomas comes across graffiti of a horse in an alleyway in the early hours of the morning, he is stopped in his tracks. He recognizes this horse. A half-asleep Indigenous homeless man sees Ralph’s reaction to the horse and calls out to him. Chasing Painted Horses has a magical, fablelike quality that will enchant readers, and haunt them, for years to come.

The Broken Girls, by Simone St. James.

More than sixty years after one of four friends in a reputedly haunted boarding school goes missing, journalist Fiona Sheridan resolves to learn her sister’s fate before a harrowing discovery is made.

Under the Alaskan Ice, Karen Harper

When a small bush plane smashes through the ice at Falls Lake Lodge, it’s a chilling reminder of everything Megan Metzler has lost. Three years ago, Meg’s pilot husband died in a similar crash, a tragedy Meg and her young son, Chip, have struggled to move on from. Still, Meg does everything she can to assist when Commander Bryce Saylor arrives to investigate, even as working alongside the handsome pilot stirs up painful memories—and an attraction that catches them both off guard.

Bombproof, Michael Robotham

He’s not a jewel thief. He’s not a safe- cracker. He’s not an expert in explosives. Sami plays guitar and wants to be a rock god but keeps getting side-tracked by unforeseen circumstances. Now he’s carrying a rucksack through London’s West End and has turned himself into the most wanted terrorist in the country. Fast, funny, hip and violent, BOMBPROOF is a non-stop adventure full of unforgettable characters and a heart-warming hero – Sami Macbeth – a man with the uncanny ability to turn a desperate situation into a hopeless one.
